YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

  • Support all phases of the financial reporting cycle, including month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis in each of the cycles
  • Support with business analysis, and fulfilment of the regional and global reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to gather, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data
  • Drive standardization and optimization of financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance decision-making for business leaders, partners, and stakeholders, primarily the regional CFO
  • Serve as a liaison for financial reporting systems, leading ongoing improvements and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain regular KPI dashboards and executive presentations; conduct ad-hoc analyses to deliver actionable insights that guide regional business strategy

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in a fast-paced multinational environment
  • High level of commitment and trustworthiness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders, as well as effectively present financial analysis to senior business leaders in the organization
  • Strong problem identification, planning and problem-solving skills, while promoting team-driven efforts
  • Degree in Business related area (e.g., Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting)
  • Knowledge and experience in using data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik), with the ability to develop solutions tailored to business needs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred Software knowledge: SAP, Hyperion
