Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $24.41 per hour, plus overtime
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM / 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
• Route Type: Yard / local (no OTR or regional driving)
• Equipment: Mule tractor/yard spotter

What You'll Do

• Move trailers safely and efficiently between dock doors and yard locations
• Support yard management operations to ensure smooth shipping and receiving flow
• Perform trailer spotting, staging, and repositioning as needed
• Follow all DOT, site safety, and operational procedures
• Conduct basic visual inspections of equipment prior to operation
• Communicate clearly with yard personnel, dock teams, and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• 1 year of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
• No more than a combined total of 3 violations or accidents within the past 3 years
• Clean MVR and the ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable working rotating schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
