Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.
This individual may need to drive a vehicle, so a driving record screening will be required.
Pay rate range: $25-$30/hour
  • Would like someone to start as soon as possible
  • Role will be fully onsite while training (after training, they may be able to work some days from home - must still be in office a minimum of 3 days per week after training).
  • Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day
    • Can start anytime between 5am-8am
    • Two year contract with possibility of extension
    • Responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate construction resources and activities, including design, T&C, wire, TOAs, job closeout.
  • Project tracking and follow-up throughout each milestone of the project.
  • Field visits with T&C contractors, wire pullers, municipalities.
  • Manage material issues with Material Coordinator.
  • Update and maintain project information and notations in Maximo.
  • Invoice approvals.
  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting.
  • Program report outs.
  • Support CPR by assembling job packets for non-guard cable faults.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Utility construction experience preferred (but won't be a deal-breaker if not). Any project coordination, project support, or project management experience is a plus.
