Job Title: Distribution Center Operations Supervisor

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced warehouse or distribution leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing teams, and knows how to turn KPIs into results.

Hours & Pay

Compensation: Up to $85,000 annually

Shift: A-Shift | 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire (eligible for conversion after 520 hours)

What You'll Do

Provide direct daily supervision of distribution center personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations

Lead, develop, and motivate teams through structured training programs, on-the-job coaching, and continuous performance feedback

Oversee onboarding, skills training, and safety training to maximize productivity and quality

Conduct daily audits across functional areas and coach employees based on findings

Monitor staffing levels, labor allocation, and workflow to consistently meet KPIs and service level agreements

Supervise inbound receipts and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency

Manage inventory-related activities, including cycle counts, inspections, dealer returns, and mixed stock resolution

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data accuracy across all operational activities

Maintain high standards for housekeeping, sanitation, security, and regulatory compliance

Partner closely with the Distribution Center Manager to support operational planning, budgeting, and process improvements

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment

Proven experience supervising teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability

Strong working knowledge of warehouse KPIs, inventory control, and material flow

Effective communicator with the ability to coach, motivate, and discipline employees appropriately

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

Comfortable working early morning shifts and occasional Saturdays
