Hours & Pay



  • Annual Salary: $27,600-$36,000 per year (based on $2,300-$3,000/month, DOE)
  • Schedule: On-call, live-in role with flexible daily hours based on property needs
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Housing: Private onsite housing provided at a significantly reduced cost



What You'll Do



  • Clean and turn over guest rooms and long-term units between stays
  • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobby, hallways, and laundry spaces
  • Oversee pool cleanliness and compliance (training and certification provided)
  • Perform light maintenance or coordinate repairs with approved vendors
  • Welcome and support long-term residents and short-term guests
  • Assist with bookings and guest needs across vacation rental platforms
  • Respond promptly to guest, tenant, and maintenance requests
  • Manage pool scheduling for guests and private rentals
  • Coordinate and oversee small onsite events and gatherings
  • Partner with management on check-ins, check-outs, cleaning schedules, and inventory
  • Maintain logs for pool maintenance, cleaning activities, and property issues



What We're Looking For



  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management preferred
  • Comfortable living onsite and serving as a primary point of contact
  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive problem-solver
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 30-50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to complete pool operator training (fully paid by employer)
  • Couples or two-person teams are welcome to apply, though individuals are also encouraged
