Logistics Associate Location:Goleta, CA Job ID: #71951 Pay Range: $20-25 As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes. You will be required to work independently and provide high quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations. You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success. Responsibilities: * Stocking material * Kitting material * Cycle counting material * Packaging/shipping material * Transacting all functions in the company's SAP system. REQUIRED Qualifications: * Experience in a warehouse environment, * Ability to follow company safety guidelines, * Warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred) * 5+ years of experience * HS Diploma or GED Equivalent * US Citizenship Other Desired Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment while multi-tasking * Associate's Degree in related field * Ability to hit monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping * Support the culture dynamic of the team in a safety-driven logistics department Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
