The Executive Assistant - Network Services & IT provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. May assist in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the Company regarding administrative issues.



Responsibilities

    Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
  • Assists in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Assists with the publishing and maintenance of information on the Intranet for the various businesses of the department.
  • Cares for correspondence, filing, copying, sorting, and prioritizing mail, mailings, order, and stock office supplies.
  • Makes meeting arrangements as necessary.
  • Performs general administrative duties as needed and assigned by the department.


Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
  • 2+ years' of administrative office experience.
  • 2+ years' of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Other Qualifications

  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphics, FrontPage and other hardware and software applications).
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Transparency

The listed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base compensation for this position. The base pay rate offered is expected to be $22.00-$27.00 per hour. In addition, certain positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity awards.
