Description
Virtual Tellers are responsible for greeting customers virtually and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Duties also include processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment as well as maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and an interactive teller machine ("ITM") while adhering to policies and procedures. Position Requirements: Full time position- This position is ONSITE. Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Individuals are required to work 7am to 4pm shift, and rotating weekends Saturday & Sunday Shift differential is also available for certain hours - $5.00/hour Saturday's from 1p to 6 p and Sunday from 12p to 4p.

Experience
Knowledge of banking products and procedures
