The Opportunity

The Digital Media GTM & Sales organization is dedicated to driving customer success at scale through personalized, engaging experiences across our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses. We do that by identifying and developing exceptional experiences for our customers every time they interact with Adobe. We are looking for someone with curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precision. They face challenges head-on to deliver solutions that mix people, process, and technology. The role requires an individual with experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, making decisions with a customer- and data-first approach, driving operational rhythms, and navigating within a fast-paced agile environment. Collaboration, establishing and cultivating relationships, and impeccable organization-all with a positive attitude-is crucial for success in this role.

What you'll do By nature, you are an enthusiastic self-starter who loves to think strategically. You will connect activities, communication, and teams across the Digital Growth organization to align strategy and execution with a specific focus on program management and operations within our Acrobat Growth Monetization team. As projects are identified, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Product Managers, Product Managers, engineering, data science, and Product Marketing to drive execution and deliver results.

* Lead end-to-end program execution by defining scope, timelines, resources, and success measures, and adjusting strategy as needed to ensure delivery.

* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking key dates, risks, and dependencies to maintain momentum and accountability.

* Communicate program goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes with clarity to all partners.

* Drive cross-functional collaboration through influence, strong interpersonal skills, and effective partnership across global teams.

* Facilitate operational, project, and executive reviews, ensuring decisions, action items, and next steps are documented and driven to completion.

* Deliver concise, transparent status updates to teams, partners, and senior leadership.

* Translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage action items, and align partners on execution plans.

* Streamline and improve operational processes, identifying gaps and leading change initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency.

* Champion adoption of new processes and guidelines, inspiring teams to embrace continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects
  • Hands-on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally leading a program with both technical and non-technical members.
  • Attention to detail in planning and execution while seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Experience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Outstanding sense of humor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
