Ziegler CAT has an opening for an IT Operations Coordinator. The IT Operations Coordinator is someone who is highly organized and excels in a process-driven environment. They will assist in the process of managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets. They will assist department management with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Complete work related to the recovery and possible redeploy of mobile devices
  • Coordinate the recovery, redeployment, and disposal of assets, ensuring proper handling and documentation
  • Participate in hardware and software lifecycle reviews
  • Assist with maintenance of all mobile device records
  • Assist with vetting hardware and software acquisition requests, ensuring alignment with standards
  • Monitor and manage software license and maintenance agreements, ensuring timely renewals within predefined deadlines
  • Create and maintain asset database records
  • Track employee job changes and terminations to facilitate timely asset recovery
  • Receive and check in assets received and deliver to the appropriate people
  • Procure various hardware and software, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Audit and evaluate telecom carrier invoices
  • Maintain department purchase orders and contracts, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
  • Process invoices and other department mail

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a support or customer service role with High School Diploma/GED
  • Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate competency with IT hardware and mobile devices
  • Energetic and eager to learn new procedures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Responds to employee needs in a timely manner, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates initiative and drive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in the office

Travel:

  • Up to 10% travel

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing
  • Working Conditions are indoors and quiet
  • Lift/carry bulky objects occasionally

The pay range for this position is

$26.32 to $31.57

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
