What to Expect
As part of the Tesla Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) team for Energy Mechanical parts, you will be responsible for critical component development, qualification and life cycle activities within the supply chain. This team supports mechanical parts for energy storage and charging in industrial and residential applications. The job involves communicating well with internal and external teams, traveling to suppliers in different regions and on-the-spot critical decision making. The goal: delivering on time quantities of high-quality component parts into Tesla's production processes to enable rapid development cycles, product launches and stable production. What You'll Do
