Henry Ford Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the inpatient medicine team at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. This is an overnight, hospital-based role with a high level of autonomy and strong clinical support.

The APP will be responsible for admitting internal medicine patients to inpatient floors and observation units, providing cross-coverage, and serving as a key member of the rapid response, code stroke, and code blue teams overnight. Clinical duties include performing histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and managing treatment plans, and providing inpatient consultation and coverage for community physicians, under the supervision (but not necessarily the presence) of a qualified physician.

This position offers meaningful independence within an APP-led hospital environment, supported by a collaborative overnight team of three APPs and engaged, approachable leadership. Schedule:
* 12-hour overnight shifts
* 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
* Call responsibilities may be required
