About the Hiring Group Our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Contractor to support the recruiting operations function within RTI's HR Technology and Compliance Team. This is a 6-month temporary contract position. The primary responsibilities include administration and support of recruitment processes, new hire orientation, budget related activities and support to the Director, Global HR Operations & Compliance. This role will have significant engagement opportunities with prospective candidates, new hires, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
