Production Operator

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and blend tanks.
• Document and label materials accurately.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area, ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping standards.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
• Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 9 hours per shift.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

How Would You Stand Out?

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant.
• 1-2 years operating moving equipment (forklifts, tote/tank wagons).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement culture.
