Responsibilities
* Performing primary work on products
* Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
* Keep an eye out for inconsistencies on the surface area or any potential safety issues
* Must be able to do repetitive motions utilizing compound material on windows/winshields. Using hand motions and sanders
* Follow company procedures and directives.
* Completing productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products
* Following health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury

Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma / GED
* 0-2 years of related experience

Skills and Knowledge:
* Must be a U.S citizen
* Follow verbal or written instructions
* Must be able to use sanders
* Able to lift loads up to including 50lbs.
* Good organization skills
* Overtime Available
* Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
