Palm Point Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and talented Nursing Manager to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Nursing Manager will provide direct supervision for all nursing personnel and ensure consistency with hospital philosophy relating to quality patient care through effective leadership. The Nursing Manager will collaborate with the supervisory and administrative staff to ensure the provision of high quality nursing care on a 24 hour a day/7 day a week basis. The Nursing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating supervision and direction of staff within all units. The Nursing Manager will make rounds on assigned units to assist with problem solving and coordinate the flow of the daily work routines. The Nursing Manager will assist in identification of opportunities for improvement, responsible for data collection and analysis of performance improvement monitors.

Requirements:

• Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN.
• Licensure and certification Required: Current FL State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR
• Experience Required: Requires five years of psychiatric experience and two years of management experience.
