The Delivery and Site Coordinator directs and oversees all activities related to transportation and site service contracts. This role is responsible for estimating, bidding, negotiating, administering, and coordinating contracts to ensure accuracy, cost control, compliance, and timely fulfillment. The position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and transportation providers to support successful project execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct and manage activities related to transportation and site services contracts.

Review transportation and site service estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for completeness and accuracy.

Compile data for estimates, bids, process specifications, progress reports, and related documentation.

Negotiate contract awards and administer contracts, including final approval of payments.

Maintain accurate contract and contractor status databases.

Review and respond to correspondence with transportation companies and site contractors.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with transportation providers and site contractors.

Coordinate with production and transportation personnel to ensure contract fulfillment.

Initiate and manage change orders for transportation and site-related activities outside the company's scope of work.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and subcontractors.

Review project cost summary reports for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure Operations Equipment Manuals (OEMs) are developed and completed for projects.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret professional journals and technical documents.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

Solid mathematical skills, including use of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Ability to solve practical problems involving multiple variables with limited standardization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Work Environment:

Office-based environment with a generally quiet noise level.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively.

Frequent use of hands and arms for handling, reaching, and computer work.

Occasional standing and walking.

Vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus.

You Have:
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required.
5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions.
Ability to read and interpret professional journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Epicor ERP system is a plus.
