  • Salary range 006: $105,200 - $131,500 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager in Eden Prairie, MN.

Reporting to the IBP Director, the Demand Planning Manager leads a team that drives the demand management process within the IBP cycle. This role is responsible for developing a consensus demand plan that aligns customer commitments leveraging forecasting systems and close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Commercial Strategy and Supply Planning teams. The manager is accountable for achieving forecast accuracy objectives critical to service levels and financial performance, while continuously enhancing processes, tools, People and capabilities to support these goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand planning team by ensuring optimal resource allocation, targeted training, and continuous skill development to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Define and maintain a rolling 12-24-month demand plan in collaboration with the sales team, aligning forecasts across multiple levels of product and customer aggregation.
  • Incorporate forward-looking assumptions such as category growth, seasonality, pricing dynamics, SKU cannibalization, and product lifecycle changes into demand planning models.
  • Drive forecast improvement initiatives by leveraging customer segmentation, analyzing accuracy, addressing variances, and applying industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions to enhance model performance and process reliability.
  • Continuously refine demand planning methodologies and systems by utilizing advanced analytics, automation, and planning software to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Communicate demand forecasts, insights, and strategic recommendations effectively to senior leadership, sales, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and organizational alignment.

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Demand Planning
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience operating within an automated systems managing Forecasts (SAP IBP preferred)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience managing and leading employees
