Full-time Shift Schedule
1st shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (M-F) Description
Corporate Controller Responsible for overall leadership of the accounting and finance functions within the company. Responsible for directing the preparation and review of company financial statements, including approval of journal entries, where necessary, and ensuring all financial close processes are completed timely and accurately. Responsible for preparation and filing of public company financial reports including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and proxies. Responsible for establishing internal controls over financial reporting. Responsible for oversight of treasury and risk management functions. Responsible for the handling of confidential information, requiring good judgment, discretion, and sound technical skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of the larger organization on special projects. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. The position requires continuous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
