Job Description We are seeking a Sr. SAP Ariba Technical Product Owner to support a multiyear ProcuretoPay (PTP) transformation. This position is a handson technical SME + Product Owner hybrid, responsible for Ariba configuration, integrations, data flows, and overall platform governance. You will partner with a small SAP team and an SI partner, guiding bestpractice design and ensuring a scalable longterm Ariba landscape. *Not able to consider 3rd party candidates at this time.* Top Skills Summary * Ariba configuration expertise * Integration leadership (CPI/BTP, CIG, OData/REST/SOAP/IDocs) * Product management / product ownership Experience * 7+ years SAP Ariba experience * 3+ full lifecycle Ariba implementations (lead, senior, or PO role) * Prior Product Owner or Solution Owner experience (SaaS preferred) * Strong integration experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA Technical Expertise * Deep configuration skills (SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, catalogs, approvals, workflow) * BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) * Integration methods: OData, REST/SOAP, IDocs * ECC/S/4 integration knowledge (MM, FI, AP) * Strong technical documentation skills Functional Knowledge * Full SourcetoPay / ProcuretoPay process expertise * Bestpractice Ariba design principles * Guided Buying, supplier management, approval rules Soft Skills * Strong communicator and stakeholder partner * Confident guiding and working with SI partners * Strategic, longterm platform mindset * Collaborative with offshore/nearshore teams * Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capability Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
