The Specialist, Consulting Resource Management for the Professional Services Organization (PSO) is responsible for defining and improving Resource Management processes and tools, globally, while effectively and efficiently growing, managing, and staffing Manhattan resources. The Resource Deployment Management aspect of this role assumes management of 30+ resources, including mid-year, annual reviews, career planning, staffing, etc. Technical responsibilities of this position include requirements gathering, designing, testing, implementing, communicating, and training on new tools and features that relate to resource management. Many of the business system enhancements and implementations are conducted through Salesforce.com and FinancialForce.com. Responsibilities also include defining and providing visibility to business metrics (Bill%, Utilization, Bill/Non-Bill Hours, etc.)
