Summary: Provides administrative support to Payroll Department for processing payroll transactions in accordance with MWRA policies and procedures. Expedites, audits, processes and maintains invoices vouched for payment on the automated accounts payable and procurement systems, researches vendor inquiries, resolves problems, tracks non-conforming invoices, generates reports and adheres to published processing deadlines and schedules. Posting Period: 1/7/2026 to 1/21/2026 Location: Chelsea, MA Salary: $70,481.85 - $95,882.96 Annually $1,355.42 - $1,843.90 Weekly External hires start at $70,481.85 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities

Knowledge and Abilities
Tools and Equipment Used Office equipment as normally associated with the use of telephone, personal computers including word processing and other software, copy and fax machine.
