This role supports the compensation, rewards, and recognition programs. This role involves market pricing, salary surveys, benchmarking system management, and providing guidance on evaluations, offers, promotions, job descriptions, and ad hoc requests. This role is expected to be a consultative partner to both the business and internal HR Partners. Respond to compensation inquiries, make recommendations for competitive pay based on guidelines, and offer effective consulting to managers and HR business partners.
Complete market evaluations and analysis, review and update job descriptions to ensure data accuracy.
Serve as a systems administrator for compensation market matching and job description management software. Prepare information for annual market surveys and assist in the annual market data refresh process.
Manage the Compensation email box, support for the merit process, and ad-hoc reporting and analytics. The posting range for this position is:
$92,326.00-$129,677.93

Qualifications:

Education

  • Required High School/GED
  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience
  • Required 5+ Years applicable compensation experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Consultative experience with business leaders and internal HR Partners
  • Working knowledge of federal/state compensation laws and regulations (e.g., pay equity, wage & hour/FLSA, pay transparency) and how they inform policy design and governance.
  • Understanding of job architecture/leveling concepts and their application to pricing, ranges, progression, and governance.
  • Ability to apply judgment under ambiguity: Weigh market data, internal equity, and budget constraints to recommend balanced pay actions at speed.
  • Ability to safeguard confidentiality/compliance: Handle sensitive compensation data appropriately; escalate risks and maintain controls.


Extra Posting Information:

Five or more years of applicable compensation experience.
Experience with consulting with managers, leaders, and HR Business Partners.
Experience in benchmarking and market research, job description review, Workday, and market pricing technology

The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
