About the Role Parametrix is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our small but growing Spokane office. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned engineer who wants to combine technical leadership, client partnership, and mentorship-while helping shape the future of a local practice within an established, employee-owned firm. You will lead civil infrastructure projects for local agencies, tribes, state agencies, and private developers, while working closely with our Operations Manager and senior leaders. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence to support collaboration, mentoring, and client relationships. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $115,000-$160,000+, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and role responsibilities.
