We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Project Accountant II in our NYC office. Why Willdan?
Summary The Project Accountant will be an integral member of the Project Accounting Team focused on tracking and reporting incurred and committed costs, aiding in revenue recognition and forecasting future results for multiple contracts and projects, managing client invoicing, subcontractor payments and serving as liaison between the operations and the assigned Willdan Corporate Accounting Department. The Project Accountant will assist with training and general supervision of entry level accounting staff. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about project accounting and revenue recognition issues with an energetic, positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with the Deltek Costpoint ERP or any project accounting ERP system required. Experience with NYC's Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort) is preferred.
