CERTIFIED QUALITY INSPECTOR CQI OR ASQ
INSPECT MATERIALS FOR MANUFACTURING, ENSURE PRODUCT HAS NO DEFECTS AND DOCUMENT FINDINGS. MOSTLY MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PARTS NEEDED FOR PRODUCTION OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
WILL WORK WEEKLY 30-40 HOURS 10 HOURS DAYS TO BEGIN WILL GROW AS MATERIALS AND PARTS COME INTO THE FACILITY.
* Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
* Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure parts.
* Check products against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
* Communicate quality issues to production teams, engineers, and management.
* Troubleshoot quality problems and support corrective actions.
