As a Security Officer - Access Control Full-Time in Newnan, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and logging all personnel and/or visitors entering and exiting the premises.
• Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as they enter or exit the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe for any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to communicate security-related concerns and updates.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following site-specific guidelines and direction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
