Part-Time Field Risk Specialist (FRS)

Think is seeking a Part-Time Field Risk Specialist to support our client in the following locations:

• Louisville, KY
• Denver, CO
• Weslaco, TX
• Lancaster, PA
• New Orleans, LA

This part-time role is responsible for conducting on-site audits at wholesale and retail locations within an assigned territory. Core responsibilities include physically verifying inventory, reviewing records, documenting findings in a mobile audit application, and consulting with site personnel regarding results. Future functions may include additional field service and risk management activities.

Essential Functions:

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers or other identifiers.
• Meet with authorized personnel to confirm the disposition of missing inventory units.
• Review and verify records and documentation associated with sold, missing, or damaged items.
• Verify the status of required documentation such as titles or certificates of ownership.
• Record status information for each inventory unit using a mobile audit application.
• Document visit details and outcomes.
• Review audit results with on-site personnel.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding audit results, conditions, and risk factors.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be located in the designated service area.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Occasional travel outside the local territory may be required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in auditing, financial services, automotive, customer service, field services, or a related industry.

Pay Rate: $25/hr
