100% remote with minimum quarterly travel to Timonium Maryland Think is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Managing Director to lead and expand our Human Capital Management staffing division. The Managing Director will drive aggressive revenue growth, oversee division performance, and build out the operational infrastructure required to support long-term expansion. This leader must bring a strong background in staffing branch management, P&L ownership, sales leadership, and team development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the staffing division, setting the vision, growth strategy, and operational framework needed to scale a high-performing business unit.
- Own annual and quarterly revenue goals, with full accountability for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Drive net new business, acquiring new logos and expanding market share within the HCM, staffing, and workforce solutions space.
- Lead branch-level operations, ensuring excellence across sales, recruiting, delivery, and client management functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to shape ongoing sales strategy and solution development.
- Manage pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring margin protection and revenue optimization.
- Represent the organization externally at industry events, conferences, and strategic networking opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team, fostering accountability, high performance, and professional development.
- Build, refine, and optimize scalable workflows and operational processes across sales, recruiting, delivery, and client success.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in staffing branch management, staffing operations, or workforce solutions, with demonstrated responsibility for sales, recruiting, and team leadership.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, P&L management, and consistent overachievement of sales targets.
- Experience building or scaling a staffing division, including developing processes, teams, and client portfolios in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, suited for complex enterprise staffing engagements.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes.
