What to Expect
Tesla isseekinga highly motivated and passionate Technical Program Manager to join the Failure Analysis Team. The Failure Analysis Team's mission is todetermineroot cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla's products, in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. The role requiresorganizationandadetail-orientated mindsetalong witha passion for enabling high-impact technologies. Our designs, manufacturing processes, and program schedules push the limits of what is physically possible. This drives significant demandand visibilityfor Failure Analysis. You will coordinate collaboration between Failure Analysis, Design, Manufacturing, Reliability, Quality, Test, and SupplierIndustrializationto ensure our team's goals are aligned with company and program priorities. You will ensure problem statements are accurately defined,failure investigations are completed efficiently, and corrective actions are taken in response. You will work to understand the opportunities, challenges, and dependencies of each project, translate scattered information into a concise and complete message, and communicate with every team member. You will remove roadblocks before theyimpact programs.

$88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
