Cirrus Logic is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager (Contractor) to design, coordinate, and manage a high-impact senior leader development program. This role will focus on building and delivering strategic leadership training and development for senior and executive-level leaders, aligning with organizational goals and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive development, instructional design, program management, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Program Design & Delivery
  • Design and execute a comprehensive executive development program tailored to senior leadership needs.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging, blended, relevant, and scalable learning experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to curate and deliver high-quality content and experience.
  • Program Management & Coordination
  • Lead end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and participant engagement.
  • Manage program budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and executive sponsors to align program goals with business strategy.
  • Facilitate communications and updates with executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Measurement & Impact
  • Define success metrics and evaluate program outcomes to demonstrate ROI and business impact.
  • Use data and feedback to refine program design and delivery.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on program performance and strategic recommendations.
Background and Experience
  • 8-10 years' experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in leadership development.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing executive-level development programs.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, leadership assessments (i.e.; 360 assessments, Hogan, etc.), and leadership development frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with senior and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and complex program logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree required or certification in HR, Organizational Development.
