Duties and responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Manage projectsfrom client kickoff through delivery, including:
    • Leading client kickoff meetings and all email communicationstoalign oninputs, answermethodologyquestions, and discuss results
    • Coordinating internalteams(neuro and survey operationsteams,data processing teams,etc..) to execute research studies
    • Regularly updating internaldate-trackingand project tracking forms/software
    • Ensuring analysts complete all project administrative tasks
    • Involving senior leadership when necessary
    • Utilizingcutting-edgeresearch methods, including neuroscience and AI, to enhance project outcomes

Project Analysis, Report Writing & Delivery:

  • Oversee the success of client deliverables, including:
    • Coaching analysts during data review and story development meetings
    • For simpler, smaller projects: reviewing first drafts of reports andshapinglearningsand recommendations before final alignment from Neuroscientists and senior client service leadership
    • For larger, more complex projects:writingreports and developing insights and recommendationsdirectly (without support from analysts), collaborating with Neuroscientists and senior client service leadership tofinalizeand present results
    • Ensuring analysis is consultative (answers client's business questions,includesinsights frompreviousresearch)
    • OwningQA on all data and slides to ensure error-free drafts are delivered to clients or senior support
    • Providing detailed feedback to junior analystsand senior analysts; coaching themtowards greater independence in producing high-quality deliverables
    • Presenting results to clients, simplifying complex results; senior leads maypresent formore complex projects
    • Incorporatingadvertising principles and best practicesinto reports and presentations
    • Delivering presentations to a variety of audiences, including clients, internal teams, and senior leadership,ensuringthe content is tailored to each audience's needs and level of understanding

Client Engagement:

  • Engage directly with clientsbeyond day-to-day tasks, including:
    • Acting as the primary point of contact forclients with established, ongoing relationships with NIQ Ad Effectiveness
    • Communicating independently with clients (constructing client emails with minimal review, answering typical client questions, leading client discussions with support from manager/senior leadership, knowing when to escalate scope change discussions to Commercial partners)
    • Meeting or exceeding client revenue targets by ensuring strong satisfaction with deliverables
    • Contributing tometa-analyses/sharing thought leadership

People Management:

  • Play an active role inbi-annual performance review and discussions(writing drafts,participatingin meetings consistently)
  • Coach 1-2 analystsdepending on experience (US Only)
  • Mentoring team memberson best practices for integrating packaging and design considerations into project workflows
  • Leading and developing training sessions as neededto improveanalyst career development
Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of project management experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Market Research, with exposure to analyzing data, developing insights, andwritingreports synthesizing study results
  • At least 1+ years of experience communicating with clients/client service/client management
  • Interest/enthusiasm for learning about cognitive neuroscience anditsapplications to marketing research;Background in psychology or neuroscience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800.00 - $90,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
