IS Application Analyst (Epic Orders)-Full Time (Remote Optional)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Compiles requirements, creates solutions, and builds/configures/modifies applications.
• Investigates business and operational process opportunities and provides implementation advice to stakeholders.
• Monitors systems to ensure that system errors are resolved as soon as possible.
• Maintain system security and follow industry best practices, including HIPAA compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• IS Customer Support (IS issue diagnosis, troubleshooting/solutions, resolution, documentation) - 15%

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related role.
