Description Location: Multiple sites across the Greater Cleveland area, including: Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Hinckley, Fairview Park, Willoughby Hills, Cuyahoga Heights, Parma, Bedford, Garfield, and Ohio City. Note: All listed sites must be serviced on a bi-weekly rotational schedule* (every other week). Reliable transportation and the ability to commute between locations are mandatory. Shift: Five (5) days a week , four (4) hours daily, primarily during evening/night hours. Shifts typically occur between 5:00PM and 11:00PM though exact start and end times may vary based on location and business needs. Will be required to work past 11:00PM one day per week to complete quality checks on necessary sites. FLSA: Nonexempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Act as point of contact for customer and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly. Maintain regular communication with customer and manager to keep all parties informed on site updates, progress, issues or concerns. Will provide necessary backup for custodial staff, requiring the ability to travel and work at different sites to maintain full coverage. Makes regular quality control inspections as outlined in the Operations Manual and is responsible for ensuring all quality parameters are constantly met. Schedule staff and assure adequate coverage for site duties. Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined. Use the correct step by step procedure for each cleaning task. Follow manufacturer's recommendations for use of all cleaning solutions and equipment. Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment. Maintain, order and issue supplies and equipment including inventory of needed supplies. Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to Manager. Submits requests for repair of equipment to Manager. Assist in performing duties of workers supervised. Ensure a level of cleanliness which meets the quality expectations of the customer. Contributes information for employees' annual reviews as requested. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training preferred. Previous custodial experience required. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different sites. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have a driver's license.
