You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Epic applications
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows within Epic modules
  • Support build, configuration, and testing activities for Epic applications, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide Tier 2 support for Epic-related incidents
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist in training and knowledge transfer for end-users and team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT or similar environment
  • Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic certification or proficiency in Beaker CP and/or AP or additional modules (e.g., EpicCare Inpatient, Orders)
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP and/or AP applications
  • Experience with system testing, validation, and change management processes
  • Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and healthcare data standards
  • Experience in large-scale implementation or optimization projects
  • Solid facilitation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Meaningful Use)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
