MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager concurrently leads multiple moderately complex technical projects and is responsible for all aspects of the SDLC: planning, budget, scope definition, design, execution, delivery, including assembling the project team, assigning responsibilities, and managing schedules and resources.
This is a customer-facing position that ensures the successful execution of Crawford Technologies products and services having key responsibilities in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Delivery. Lead the successful delivery of multiple client technology solutions simultaneously. Oversee planning, scope, schedule, quality, resources and budgets to meet solution goals while ensuring high levels of client and team satisfaction.
Client Partnership and Communications. Build and maintain strong relationships through clear communications, building rapport and establishing Crawford as a trusted advisor. Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into requirements / user stories within actionable plans (release and iteration schedules). Articulate the financial and business benefits a company gains by implementing a new technology solution. Strategic Business Development. Assist Sales in the development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems and grow business within key customer accounts and target industries.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Skills
Client Relationship Management. Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, fostering client trust and establishing strong working relationships. Own, Plan and Lead. Proven track record of taking ownership to identify and bring solutions to challenges. Demonstrated experience planning and leading enterprise-level technology solutions across the solution lifecycle (business analysis, requirements definition, development, testing and support) in a Professional Services capacity using methodologies such as SDLC and Agile. Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously. Technology Background with Eagerness to Learn. Experience leading IT Solutions, Application Development and Integrations, Enterprise Output Management and Content Lifecycle Management, Content Migrations, Accessibility and/or Digital Transformation solutions (preferably in large Enterprise organizations) with eagerness to learn new technologies and products in order to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client challenges. Communication, Collaboration and Facilitation. Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to communicate succinctly. Highly collaborative with an unwavering commitment to the success of the client and your team. Contracts and Deal Structure. Practical knowledge defining core elements of an opportunity (scope, approach, timeline, deliverables, level of effort) within a formal contract framework (SOW, Change Request, etc.). Experience with procurement processes. Business and Financial Acumen. Knowledge and understanding of basic business financials with the ability to manage project budgets and utilization (actual and forecast). Able to assess the financial and business value to the client's business due to the technology solution. Technical Proficiency. Skilled in tools like Rally, Monday.com, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams. Flexible and Travel-Ready. Self-directed, able to multi-task, and open to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
Experience and Education
Strong project management background with 8+ years of experience with at least the last 5 with enterprise technology solutions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination and/or experience in related field.
Additional Value
