Steward - Sportsbook

* Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
* Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
* Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water.
* Stock all food areas with necessary inventory.
* Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
* Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
* Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
* Comply fully with the company's safety policies and procedures.
* Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
* Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
* Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
* Other duties may be assigned at any time.
