Summary:

The Culture & Engagement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture by managing Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and company-wide communication processes. This role will oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, setup, management, and termination of contracts. Additionally, the manager will utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute projects such as Take Your Kid to Work Day, Culture Index, Pulse Surveys, award and recognition campaigns, and product demos. The position will also oversee the submission and approval processes for company-wide communications to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational messaging. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Culture & Engagement Project Manager will align initiatives with organizational goals, monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:



  • Utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute culture and engagement projects like the Regional ERG Conference, Take Your Child to Work Day, and executive retreats from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships for culture and engagement team initiatives, including communication, setup, management, and termination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERG initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Propose and manage creative execution strategies for the Culture Index to measure and enhance employee engagement.
  • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  • Establish and document business processes.
  • Set up project and work breakdown structures.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ERG initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience in overseeing communication processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
