Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate (Recent Graduate)

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Duration: 12-month paid assignment

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate to support day-to-day supply chain and administrative operations. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in supply chain management, operations, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with reporting systems, and contribute to real-world projects that support inventory flow, planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support supply chain activities including inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order management
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and supply chain documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
  • Help optimize processes and improve ways of working through systems and technology
  • Perform general administrative and supply chain support tasks as assigned



Qualifications

Required



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last 12 months
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


Preferred



  • Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree
  • Internship or academic experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics
