General Job Description: The Seasoning Operator is responsible for applying seasoning to products according to required standards while ensuring a continuous flow of product to the packaging lines. This role involves minor machine adjustments, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and accurate record keeping. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety regulations. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Compensation and Benefits Starting Rate: $20.45 per hour Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
