Pacific Life is more than a job, it's a career with purpose. It's a career where you have the support, balance, and resources to make a positive impact on the future - including your own.

We're actively seeking a talented System Administration Consultant to join our M365 Engineering team in Newport Beach, CA.

  • Serve as a primary technical resource for Copilot and Copilot Studio, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support for advanced generative AI features, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
  • Monitor Copilot feature releases, roadmap updates, and industry trends to proactively recommend enhancements and ensure Pacific Life remains at the forefront of Microsoft 365 AI innovation.

The experience you bring:

  • Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, Copilot Studio agent development, and integrating generative AI capabilities with core M365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into Copilot-powered solutions, including automation of workflows, data analysis, and user adoption strategies.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and compliance considerations related to Copilot and generative AI in regulated industries.
  • Architectural proficiency with M365 Hybrid designs and M365 security protection suites
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders both technical and functional
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in solutions using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions
  • 7+ years of experience serving as an SME for Microsoft 365 security, architecture and design including Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Intune, Azure AD, AD Federation, OneDrive, etc. in an enterprise environment
  • 5+ years of experience architecting, deploying, migrating to online M365 services

What makes you stand out:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio in a large enterprise environment
  • Microsoft and security certifications such as MCSE, CISSP, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, etc. preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to present high-level design and roadmap to senior leaders and business stakeholders
