Qualifications/Requirements
Education Requirements: Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with familiarity in decimals and fractions as applied to measurements and calculations. Capability to read and understand simple technical documentation such as formulas, tables, charts, drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications is essential. Competency in using adjustable measuring instruments and verifying data through inspection of reports and forms is expected, with guidance provided during the learning process. Experience Requirements: Candidates should have between three months to one year of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or general labor roles, preferably in industries related to mining or heavy manufacturing.
