BA needs to have a solid background in finance - If in Charlotte or Newark, bill rate is *** Activities include: Supports finance and business operations functions within the Consumer Technology organization. Role includes budgeting and forecasting, operations analysis, identification and resolution of workflow issues, and process improvement. Resolve budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems. Serves as a point person for coordination of business activities including resource strategy, headcount, workspace governance, engagement activities, communication and articulates risks and opportunities to forecast. Responsible for all inputs into Finance for corporate forecasts staffing plans, attrition factor, contract accruals, balancing to targets Develop a financial forecast and ensure technology managers execute within 1% Coordinates monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with finance, tech managers and portfolio delivery Leads Tracking of joiners / leavers and maintain staffing plans Follow-up with managers on progress with hiring; escalate barriers / issues to BSM Track and report corporate forecast variance drivers Monitor capacity and forecast allocations and ensure accurate / complete Partner with portfolio governance / financial team to monitor changes in funding and work with BSM to assess impacts to staffing plans Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail; background in financial reporting - base and/or initiative 3 - 5 years of demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently Excellent written verbal communication skills and executive presence Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.) Extremely organized/excellent time management skills Experience with tools such as PMMT, TPAS and WMP Prior experience in finance or business support, exposure to corporate forecasting, headcount reporting, variance analysis and knowledge of project management CHARLOTTE North Carolina NEWARK Delaware Must Have Domain Forecasting & Planning and 0 years Functional Finance (finance not listed, but did find Financial Planning and Forecasting) and 0 years Technical Financial Planning and Forecasting and 0 years | |
