- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager and Budget Manager to help the Enterprise Marketing Operations team manage our expenses, comply with internal budgetary requirements, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across several teams.
- This is a contract role. In this role you will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources, timely project completion, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Budget Management:
- Maintain the Enterprise Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance with approved budget.
- Coding and submitting invoices to our A/P team. Monitoring and tracking invoices and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Work on Monday.com daily, updating items, communicating with stakeholders, creating new items, and holding team members accountable to project timelines and updates.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, bringing with you a prepared agenda, keeping team members aligned to the agenda, creating action items, and sharing detailed updates.
- Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders to ensure a timely, accurate information flow.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a b2b project management environment.
- Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience in budget management and project coordination.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies.
- Experience with Monday.com and B2B marketing is a huge plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- No max years of experience needed. Hybrid schedule with Monday's and Wednesdays in the office.
