Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential

Join Amcor as an Assistant and play a key role in producing high-quality products that protect what's important. You'll be part of a team that ensures safety and quality standards are met and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Schedule

Shift: 12-hour, 2-2-3 Nights, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

• Pay: $19-$21/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium

• Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked

What you'll do:

• Assist on production lines which could include printing presses, adhesive laminators or extrusion laminators.
• Ensure jobs are running in accordance with customer, manufacturing, and printing specifications.
• Quality compliance of products including they are free of defects.
• Work with operators to maximize machine efficiency including minimizing job changeovers and down time.
• Maintains cleanliness in work area during shift and shift transitions.

What We Want From You: Lead the Pack

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

• Forklift experience preferred

• Must have basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software

• Required to have visual acuity to perform visual inspection including the use of measurement devices and ability to identify and distinguish colors
