Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant Store Manager for our Farmington, NM location. OBJECTIVE: To ensure excellent customer service to new and existing customers by providing the proper tools, equipment and information to achieve their goals. This position is responsible for supporting store manager in all tasks including performing customer service tasks in accordance with company business practices and in the professional manner required to build market share and maintain repeat business with our valued customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees most sales and rental activities. These activities include: Sell and rent tools and equipment to customers, provide pricing and product application information, and inform customers of promotions. Take telephone orders, provide delivery information, handle special orders, will calls, non-stock items, and returned merchandise. Maintain good housekeeping in sales area, arrange displays and replenish stock. Handle back orders and warranty claims, process shipping orders. Attend sales meetings, company sponsored training programs. Organize and manage delivery drivers . Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements.
