Urgent Care APP (PA/NP) - UNC Urgent Care at Hillsboro (Part-time)

Description

UNC Urgent Care at Hillsborough, located in Hillsborough, NC has an opening for a part time Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA). The provider is part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Completion of accredited Physician Assistant program
• Minimum one year APP experience working in acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting required
• NC Licensure or ability to obtain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Required procedures: Suturing, splinting
• DOT Certification
• Knowledge of OSHA recordables preferred, but not required

Clinic Schedule:

• 8am to 8pm - Sunday - Saturday
• Plus, weekends and holidays
• Flexible, Part-Time Schedule
