Senior Research Associate, CMC Process Sciences, for Dyne Therapeutics, Inc., in Waltham, MA (100% onsite role). Responsible for internal process development of oligonucleotide conjugates and provide technical support for validation activities. Provide hands-on contributions to process establishment, process development, process characterization, and validation. Collaborate with other functions within the company including, but not limited to, analytical method development, quality control, and platform research, and directly participate in pre-clinical development and activities directly related to process validation of company’s clinical assets. Requirements: Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or chemistry, or a closely related field and 1 year in Research & Development in a biopharmaceutical company. Experience must include: 1 year working with bioconjugates including demonstrating a deep understanding of conjugation chemistries, preparative chromatography, and TFF, and 1 year using analytical techniques for characterization of conjugates including HPLC/UPLC, SEC, SDS-PAGE, ion exchange chromatography, UV/vis, and LC-MS.
