We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, team-oriented person to join our Outpatient Laboratory team supporting, here at Children's Hospital Colorado! Our laboratory testing plays a key role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric, adult and prenatal conditions. With state-of-the-art laboratory services, facilities and technologies, we support and guide quality patient care across the pediatric spectrum. Our labs offer a wide range of high-quality lab screenings and diagnostic tests with rapid turnaround times, as well as an unmatched scope and capabilities, including diagnostic tests that aren't available anywhere else in the country. Accurately collects and handles appropriate patient samples for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease in support of clinical laboratory operations. Additional Information: Shift: 0700 - 1730 work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. *This role will require travel to support our System of Care locations. Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE - Phlebotomist certificate or Medical Assistant certificate or EMT certificate (CO EMT or NREMT) or 6 months of experience as a Phlebotomist, MA or EMT. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Pediatric experience.
