The Senior Financial Analyst focuses on complex modeling and analysis to help evaluate prospective acquisition targets, as well as Growth analytics, ROI modeling, internal financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. Provide accurate and timely reporting, decision support, financial analysis, and business planning direction to Senior Management. This person will also support various process improvement projects and corporate initiatives. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the company, interacting daily with Executive Leaders, Senior Managers and Field Representatives. This position Is expected to perform at a high level of accountability and reliability of work.



Responsibilities

Sr. Financial Analyst Purpose Statement:

To help more people hear better by ensuring the best experience for Team Members and meets the highest standards of patient services while achieving financial growth for HearingLife clinics in a manner consistent with HearingLife's Core Values.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creates detail financial analysis and develops comprehensive pro forma financial models, and valuation analysis to support Growth initiatives (Acquisitions & Greenfields)
  • Assist in post-acquisition integration by ensuring cross-functional teams are all executing on their integration plans.
  • Track and report capital expenditures to ensure adherence to budget
  • Contribute in the preparation and review of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecast planning processes, working with department heads to review and challenge assumptions presented to ensure the integrity and accuracy of planning processes
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis to business partners and SLT, including financial planning, model development, sales and revenue analysis, and expense analysis to provide guidance on opportunities and risks
  • Develop what-if analysis and other financial models to assess the impact of business opportunities on the company's financial goals
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners across the entire Demant organization to support decision making, performance measurement, risk management and strategic planning
  • Perform other duties as requested by Management, including but not limited to miscellaneous ad-hoc requests and collaboration with other members of the accounting/finance team as needed


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience is required
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX, Navision) or similar accounting packages
  • Experience with a short month-end close procedure and managing workload with quick turnaround time
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Demonstrated aptitude with financial reporting / budgeting systems required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills highly self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced organization
  • Self-starter with dedication to continuous self and process improvement

Salary range: 85-90k.

Position location: Somerset, NJ - Hybrid schedule
